All our homebred Highland ponies carry the registered prefix Ceol Beag. Pronounced "kayol beg", this is a Gaelic phrase familiar to bagpipers and fanciers of Scottish music. Ceol Beag translates as little music, meaning dance tunes, jigs, reels, hornpipes etc. An apt metaphor for ponies!
